In your role you’ll also coordinate and implement the office procedures and administrative tasks that will enable the Senior Counsellor and Counsellors to provide a seamless and effective counselling service to their clients. In addition to this, your role will involve financial transactions; evaluation and reporting, and the continuous improvement of the administration service.

Sensitivity and confidentiality is crucial in this role.
