This 4 session course is an opportunity to learn with and from each other about what recovery can mean for us.
We all want to live a meaningful and satisfying life. Different part of our lives can make that easier or harder. We will look at how home, opportunities, people around us and feeling in charge of our own lives can all improve our wellbeing.
On completing the course the participants will take away shared ideas about what may support recovery and how to live life as fully as possible.
