This 7 week course helps you take control over your own mental health recovery and wellness, by recognising you are the expert in your own experience.
During this WRAP course you will have an opportunity to explore:
- What keeps you well
- What makes you feel low or stressed
- What you currently do to make yourself better
- New ways and responses that may help you in stressful situations
WRAP is suitable for anyone with an interest in managing their own mental health and wellbeing.
