Mindspace Counselling Service is part of Mindspace Limited. Our aims are to promote mental health within the Perth and Kinross District by providing services to the community which complement those offered by the statutory services.
The counselling service was established as part of these aims. Our service is open to individuals over 11 years of age.
Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, Mindspace has not been operating face-to-face services. As staff and client safety is of paramount importance, Mindspace Counselling Service will not resume face-to-face work until the Scottish Government advises it is safe to do so. With this in mind, we are currently only offering counselling sessions over the telephone or via the Zoom online meeting platform. Please indicate on the registration form or in your email whether you would prefer telephone or Zoom counselling sessions as face-to-face counselling may not be possible until early 2021.
Mindspace is an organisational member of COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland), works to its code of ethics and practice, and is proud to be on their register of recognised organisations.
