Our premises are currently closed due to COVID-19. However, we are still here! Please visit our Facebook page for sessions which are being run on Zoom!

Our Counselling Service, for both adults and young people over the age of 11, provides one to one support if you are facing difficulties or challenges in life. We are also here if you wish to explore yourself for personal development and growth!

Sometimes life can be difficult, whether you are experiencing a bereavement or loss; isolation, anxiety or depression; stress of work or at home; or difficulties in your relationships with family or a partner. This is why we’re here.

This is your space, your mind space – to talk, think, and work with us in finding the best coping mechanisms for how to manage and look after your mental wellbeing.

We are also here to work with you on self-development and growth, simply bringing out the best version of you!

We understand it can be very difficult to take the first step in addressing and exploring your mental difficulties, so we will be here when you need us; ensuring every step of your journey is as comfortable as possible and that you are guided each step of the way.

Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, Mindspace has not been operating face-to-face services.  As staff and client safety is of paramount importance, Mindspace Counselling Service will not resume face-to-face work until the Scottish Government advises it is safe to do so.  With this in mind, we are currently only offering counselling sessions over the telephone or via the Zoom online meeting platform.  Please indicate on the registration form or in your email whether you would prefer telephone or Zoom counselling sessions.
