Peer Support

Our premises are currently closed due to COVID-19. However, we are still here! Please visit our Facebook page for sessions which are being run on Zoom!

Our Peer Support Service is where people who are working through mental health difficulties are using their experience, and their recovery journey, to support others. Our support team share their personal experiences in managing and their own mental wellbeing to a build relationship with you in a safe environment of learning and exploration. Both you, and our support workers have an opportunity to learn from and be here for one another, focusing on respect, strength, empathy and hope! With everyone being honoured as an expert within our own wellbeing and recovery.
