Learn together for better mental health

Mindspace Recovery College is a place where people can come together to learn and share their knowledge, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Our courses are delivered by people with professional experience and lived experience of mental ill health.

The Recovery College is for anyone over the age of 16. Information about our Young People’s Recovery College can be found here

Who is the Recovery College for?

Our main focus is on people with a personal experience of mental health. However, if you are a carer, friend or relative of someone experiencing mental health and think one of our courses could be of interest to you, please get in touch.

Learning options

We know that everyone learns in a different way, that’s why our Recovery College offers a range of options.

Whether you’d prefer to join a more regular informal group for peer learning, or want to explore specific skills and knowledge through one-off sessions, or even work towards a recognised qualification, we’ve got you covered.

Where and when

Most of our courses run during the day, Monday to Friday, based at our Perth city centre premises or with one of our training partners.

However, we also offer some options on evenings and weekends to work around your other commitments. Keep an eye on our courses page to see what’s coming up.

“I have had many different therapies over the years but I was always muddling through. Mindspace has helped me understand and challenge my thoughts more and to ensure I look after my wellbeing... I am starting to believe I am allowed to be happy, I do have something to offer.”
