This is a four week course which aims to help you to manage your mental health better by developing your knowledge and learning new skills and practical strategies to help you live well.

What is involved?

Learn to Live Well is a four week course that focuses on learning the skills to take care of yourself and gain control of your life. These skills are a part of self-management which is important for having better mental health and living life well.

Over the four weeks we will discuss various issues that can affect our mental health including stress, anxiety, interpersonal boundaries, and the impact social media plays in all of this. Also, we will look at developing coping skills, exploring self-care ideas, and setting attainable goals.

Who is it for?

This is for any adult who would like to have better management of their mental health.
