LOSS, GRIEF AND COVID

A discussion about how the pandemic has brought about changes to the way we live our lives, the experience of loss and how we move forward in this global change. 

What is involved?

A one of session that gives participants an opportunity to discuss and look at the effect that covid has had on individuals mental health, their lifesyle, families and in the wider world. Opportunities will be discussed to ensure you have good mental health and to understand the impact the pandemic has had on a global stage.

This will provide a safe forum for discussion and exploration of coping/helping strategies and ways managing the feelings that we are left with. This will enable people to move on with ensuring their mental health is maintained or addressed.

With discussion and helpful hints on how we can move forward.

Who is it for?

This course is for adults who have struggled coming to terms with the effects of covid on themselves, others and on lifestyle.
