MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION
Join us for this one-off session to learn more about mindfulness, and practice a short meditation.
What is involved?
In this session we will provide an introduction to mindfulness. We will discuss how to manage our thoughts, how to live in the present moment, and the nature of the mind.
Mindfulness can help deal with anxiety and depression, so this session can help anyone who is constantly thinking about the past or worrying about the future.
The purpose of our meditations is to observe your thoughts and become more aware of your thinking. If you often find yourself thinking about the past or worrying about the future then meditation can help you become more present. We’ll do a 10 minute guided meditation and a breathing exercise.
This is a one-hour, one-off session, offered on three separate dates shown on the right. Please only book onto one session that you can definitely attend.
