This short course will lead you through the process of progessive relaxation.
What is involved?
This course will give you an opportunity to relax your mind and body through progressive relaxation. Relaxation is a wonderful way to calm yourself and has both physical and mental health benefits.
This simple exercise can be easily learnt and practiced in the home environment. If you would like to lie down for the session please bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a cushion or pillow for your head.
Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
Who is it for?
This group is for anyone who would like to learn more about relaxation, including adults with mental health dificulties, friends, family and carers.
