Disturbed sleep affects us all at some point. Usually in response to a crisis, stress and general life events. However for some lack of sleep or the inability to go to sleep, or stay asleep, can become part of our lifestyle.

In this six week course we will introduce you to the concept of Sophrology as a means to having a good night’s sleep.

Sophrology is a system of mind and body training through simple exercises that supports deep relaxation, the release of tension and negativity and the harmonising of the mind, body and spirit.

You will be introduced to some of the pitfalls that stop us sleeping well and look at how to make lifestyle changes. You will learn the principles of Sophrology¬† and discover how 10 minutes practice of Sophrology techniques will help you to get a good night’s sleep.

The course sessions are 2 hours each week, with each session being a combination of theory, practical tips, instruction on the use of Sophrology and a guided exercise for you to practice each week.
