Relax and chill to the sounds of ringing bowls and gentle drumming in a safe and comfortable environment.

What is involved?

This 4-week course is facilitated by a sound therapist using crystal bowls, bells and drums to create a mindful and meditative space. We will be lying on mats or sitting on a chair for approximately 45 mins.

There is much evidence to show the benefits to our mental health and overall wellbeing from being surrounded by gentle sounds and vibrations.

Sound bathing uses sonic vibrations and frequencies which we feel through our body to slow down our breathing and heartbeat and induce a sense of calm and relaxation. It’s a bit like a sonic soak – allowing waves of sound to wash over you!
