THE ART OF SLEEPING

This group meets for three sessions looking at how to get the best sleep you can.

What is involved?

This course uses sleep diaries, videos and discussion to examine the importance of sleep on our mental health.

We will be discussing the best circumstances for sleep, how to achieve this and what the possible pitfalls may be.

Who is it for?

This is for adults with mental health issues.
