Getting a good night’s sleep can help you stay at a healthy weight, lowers your risk of serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease and also reduces stress and improves your mood.
This six week course is aimed at helping you to understand the importance and benefits of sleep, how to identify and manage your own sleep issues, and to make a personal plan that enables better sleep. Doug and Rachel will help you not only get enough sleep but also focus on getting good quality sleep.
