WALKING FOR WELL-BEING
Join us for a gentle, relaxing walk in various locations throughout Perth.
What is involved?
This is a weekly group that will take gentle, relaxing walks throughout Perth. The walks will include opportunities for mindfulness, being in nature and getting to know each other. All fitness abilities are welcome. The group walks at a gentle pace and selects walks that are stimulating and activating for both the body and mind.
Gentle walking has been proven to contribute to better physical health, mental health and well-being.
We will meet at Mindspace each week to decide where to walk (which may depend on the weather!) The walk will be followed by a tea/coffee and a chat at a local café.
Who is it for?
This group is for anyone who enjoys a relaxing walk in nature, who would like time to de-stress and an opportunity to connect with others.
When is it?

2.00pm – 3.30pm
For 6 consecutive weeks
Each week we will meet at Mindspace (18 – 20 York Place) before heading out on our walk.
