This is a weekly group that will take gentle, relaxing walks throughout Perth. The walks will include opportunities for mindfulness, being in nature and getting to know each other. All fitness abilities are welcome – you can walk at your own pace.
Gentle walking has been proven to contribute to better mental health and wellbeing.
We will meet at Mindspace each week to decide where to walk (which may depend on the weather!) The walk will be followed by a tea/coffee and a chat at a local café.
