The Mindspace Reflections Art Project
Part of the Mental Health Arts Festival 2026
What's going on?
Mindspace is proud to be part of the 2026 Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, celebrating mental health through creativity and connection.
This year’s festival theme is Reflection.
We’re inviting people across Perth and Kinross to create a small piece of art or writing inspired by their mental health journey. These pieces will form part of a community exhibition during the festival.
What is involved?
Join one of our free creative workshops at Mindspace, hosted through the Recovery College. Explore creative mediums, such as painting, writing and collage in a relaxed, supportive space.
No artistic experience is needed, and you can share as much or as little of your story as feels right.
Exhibition dates
20th October – 11am to 1pm
22nd October – 11am to 1pm
28th October – 2pm – 4pm
30th October – 11am – 1pm

Who is it for?
The reflections art project is open to anyone living in Perth and Kinross who has a lived experience of mental health challenges.
Whether you’re currently on your recovery journey, supporting your wellbeing, or simply looking for a creative and welcoming space to express yourself, you’re welcome to take part.
