Be seen,

be heard,

be understood

There’s something freeing about speaking to people who have been in your shoes.

Our service provides support from someone who has experienced their own mental wellbeing challenges and can understand what you are going through.

We accept you as you are

Our peer support workers use and share their personal experiences to help you on your wellbeing journey.

Through a blend of one-to-one peer support and/or group activities you can build a meaningful support network within your local community.

Our peer support workers have completed a Professional Development Award in Mental Health Peer Support with the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

Peer support at Mindspace is completely FREE and open to anyone over 16 years of age
