BUILDING BETTER BOUNDARIES

What is involved?

This course is your essential guide to the skill of setting healthy boundaries. 

This four-week course will explore what boundaries are, why they matter, and how they can help us create healthier relationships with others and ourselves.

Through discussion and reflective exercises participants will learn how to recognise their own limits, communicate their needs more clearly, and respond to common challenges such as pushback or guilt.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
