CYCLING SESSIONS
Get on your bike, get moving, and feel good!
We are excited to offer, in partnership with Duke of Edinburgh, 4-weeks of cycling sessions.
If you are someone who enjoys cycling and wants to improve their mental wellbeing through gentle exercise, these sessions are for you.
Led by a qualified cycle leader, each session offers a relaxed ride along easy, flat and paved cycle paths — we will be cycling the North Inch, riverside, Almondbank, and Luncarty routes.
The rides start and finish at Bells Sports Centre, and you’ll be part of a small, friendly group with a maximum of 7 participants.
These sessions are all about enjoyment, connection and taking time for yourself. Refreshments will be provided during the sessions, giving you a chance to pause and chat along the way. Open to anyone aged 16 and over. You’ll just need to bring your own bike and helmet to take part.
Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
Who is it for?
These sessions are ideal for anyone aged 16 and over who is looking to enjoy gentle, sociable bike rides.
Whether you’re new to cycling, getting back on your bike, or simply want to boost your mental wellbeing through light outdoor activity.
You will need to bring your own bike and helmet.
