Learn to Live Well is a transformative 10-week course that provides an in-depth exploration of common mental health challenges and effective strategies for managing them.

Focused on fostering a healthier relationship with your mental health, the course helps you build a deeper understanding of the essential foundations for lasting mental wellbeing.

The course is designed to include themes that facilitate personal growth and the development of self-management skills.

These themes include: – Understanding the nature of your mind – Discovering your values – Setting boundaries in your life – Getting better sleep – Building self-confidence – Learning the importance of self-care.

By the end of the course, you can hope to have a fuller understanding of yourself, your mental health, and what you need to manage your wellbeing. Here is what some previous participants had to say about their experience on the course:

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.

Who is it for?

This course is for people who may be struggling with challenges such as, anxiety, low self-worth, confidence, overthinking, and excessive worry.

As Learn to Live Well is an in-depth course we kindly ask that you take a moment to consider whether you can commit to the time and effort required. Consistent attendance and engagement are essential for you to get the most out of the course.
