RELAXTION FOR THE MIND AND BODY
This is a one-off session which will lead you through the process of progessive relaxation.
What is involved?
This 60 minute session will give you an opportunity to relax your mind and body through progressive relaxation. Relaxation is a wonderful way to calm yourself and has both physical and mental health benefits.
This simple exercise can be easily learnt and practiced in the home environment. If you would like to lie down for the session please bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a cushion or pillow for your head.
Who is it for?
This group is for anyone who would like to learn more about relaxtion, including adults with mental health dificulties, friends and carers.
