Every journey begins with a single step — and that’s the spirit behind our groups and courses. Our colour-coded, 3-tier system helps you find the right starting point for your recovery, with blue groups as a suggested first step if you’re unsure where to begin.

BLUE GROUPS

Our relaxed, informal groups are a great way to dip your toes into the Recovery College experience. They’re open to everyone and focus on self-expression and self-care.

PURPLE GROUPS

These groups dive deeper, focusing on building positive habits, behaviours, and lifestyle changes. We encourage learners to attend all sessions for the best experience.

GREEN GROUPS

Our in-depth courses focus on self-reflection, long-term planning, and personal growth. They require full attendance and an openness to being challenged.
