SELF-CARE MORNING

Take a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a nurturing Self-Care Morning — a welcoming space to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

During this relaxing morning, we’ll have a variety of self-care inspired activities for you to take part in, including:

  • 🌿 Create Your Own Self-Care Box Design and personalise a box filled with items that bring you comfort—affirmations, keepsakes, and calming tools to support your daily self-care.
  • 🎨 Rock Painting Express yourself by painting inspiring affirmations or artwork on smooth stones—perfect as a mindful moment or a thoughtful gift to yourself.
  • 🖼️ Self-Care Collaging Explore what self-care means to you by creating a personal collage that reflects your needs, hopes, and aspirations.
  • 🌳 Gratitude Tree Pause and reflect on the good in your life by adding your messages of gratitude to our shared community tree.
  • 💨 Guided Relaxation & Deep Breathing Session We’ll close the morning with a calming guided practice to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and recharged.

 

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.

Who is it for?

This event is for anyone who could use a moment to slow down and focus on their own wellbeing. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or need some time for yourself you’re welcome to join.

The morning will be a relaxed space to connect with yourself and engage in simple, self-care inspired activities at your own pace.
