WINDOW OF TOLERANCE: HOW TO STAY IN YOUR EMOTIONAL SAFE ZONE

This course introduces the concept of the window of tolerance and how stress and emotions affect our daily lives.

What is involved?

 

You will explore your own response to overwhelm and anxiousness, and learn strategies to help regulate your emotions when they are becoming out of control in order to return to a calmer, more balanced state through reflective and mindful activities.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.

The course is suitable for anyone who wishes to build emotional awareness, develop coping skills and improve overall wellbeing.
