BREATHING FOR INNER CALM

Practice using your breath as a  tool for deep relaxation.

What is involved?

Breathwork refers to mindfulness techniques that focuses on the breath. Intentional use of the breath can be a powerful coping tool, it helps calm you down and move your body and mind out of fight-or-flight mode. If you suffer with anxiety, stress, or an overactive mind practicing relaxation through the power of the breath may be for you.

The session is an hour to simply find a moment of calm in a busy world.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.

This course is for anyone who feels anxious or stressed and would like to practice relaxation.
