Learn visualisation techniques, how to use your breath, and physical exercises that will enable you to develop a sense of calm and confidence.

What is involved?

Breathing for inner calm is based on the principles of mindfulness, learning to be in the present and to be self compassionate but also uses some physical movement and visualisation to achieve a more harmonious self.

This is called Sophrology which is a fusion of Eastern practises and Western science.

The benefits include improved sleep, a reduction in anxiety, improved self-confidence and it can help to manage depression.

This course is made up of 4 weekly sessions – 2 weeks, followed by a practice break for 2 weeks,  then resuming for the final 2 sessions.
