Join us for self-discovery through creativity! Creativity for Wellbeing invites you to explore the power of creativity, allowing you to express and reflect while cultivating mindfulness.
No prior art experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Come unleash your creativity and nourish your soul.
During our Creativity for Wellbeing 6-week course, we’ll embark on a journey that combines the power of creativity with the pursuit of holistic wellbeing.
In these sessions we will explore how engaging in creative activities can positively impact our mental, emotional, and physical health.
Creativity is not just about painting a masterpiece or writing a novel; it’s a way of thinking and expressing ourselves which can be applied to every aspect of life. Whether it’s through art, music, writing, cooking, or even problem solving in everyday tasks, tapping into our creative potential can bring immense joy and fulfilment.
Research has shown that creative expression can reduce stress, boost mood, increase self-awareness, and enhance problem solving skills. By fostering a creative mindset, we open ourselves up to new perspectives, possibilities, and solutions.
Throughout this course we’ll engage in various creative exercises, discussions, and reflections aimed at nurturing our wellbeing. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to be creative – what matters is the process of exploration and self-discovery. So let’s dive in together and unleash our creativity for a healthier, happier life!
Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
