SET YOURSELF UP FOR THE DAY

What is involved?

Set Yourself Up For The Day is an early morning class incorporating meditation and breathing techniques that can help put us in a better place for the day ahead, whether that is going off to work or just a great way to start the day!

The meditations and breathing techniques will run for about 15mins giving people the opportunity to drop in and go if they need to.

The group is open from 8.00-8.45am, but there is no requirement to stay for the full session, which will include tea and coffee and there will be the opportunity to speak to the facilitators regarding the session.

This class incorporates meditation and breathing techniques for anyone who wants to be in a better place for tackling the day ahead.
