STRONG BODY, STEADY MIND
We have partnered with All Strong Scotland to offer a 6-week strong body, steady mind programme designed to support mental wellbeing through gentle exercise and relaxation techniques.
What is involved?
The group is small and free, running for approximately one hour per session. Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise, though involvement in physical activity is entirely optional. Unlike traditional fitness classes, this programme is focused on the individual—everyone is encouraged to engage at their own pace, doing as much or as little as feels right for them.
Sessions will be led by a qualified physical trainer alongside staff from Mindspace Recovery College. The gym area will be reserved exclusively for group participants, creating a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for everyone involved.
Even small, consistent amounts of movement can make a meaningful difference, making exercise an adaptable and inclusive tool for enhancing mental well-being.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
