THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION
Your mind and body are deeply connected – when one is out of balance, the other feels it too.
The way we experience our mind can influence the way we feel in our body and vice versa. This is called the mind-body connection.
Being aware of your own mind-body connection is important for managing and improving your mental health. Common conditions such as anxiety and depression don’t just affect your thinking and emotions – they show up in the body too. This 3-week course explores practical ways to nurture both the mind and the body, helping you create simple lifestyle changes that improve your mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll learn about different tools, including:
✨ Using the power of the breath for inner calm and nervous system balance
🧘♂️ Practicing mindfulness for mental clarity and grounding in the present moment
😴 Discovering the science of sleep for deeper rest and recovery
🥗 Nourishing your body with food, movement, and understanding the basics of gut health
You’ll discover how small, intentional shifts can create lasting benefits in both body and mind. By the end of the course, you’ll have a practical toolkit to help you feel more balanced and in tune with yourself.
Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.

This course is for people who may struggle with stress and anxiety, or for those who would like to develop their understanding of health and wellbeing, and are looking to make positive changes in their lifestyle.
