UNDERSTANDING ANXIETY, STRESS & DEPRESSION

This one-off session is designed to help you better understand what’s really going on beneath the surface of anxiety, stress, and depression. Alongside this understanding, we’ll share a small number of practical tips that can help you navigate difficult moments.

Please note: There is no pressure to speak during the session — listening is also participating. This is not group therapy, but many people find it therapeutic. There is no expectation to share your personal story or talk about what you’re currently struggling with.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
