Join us on Zoom to listen to a compassionate conversation on social anxiety.

In this session, facilitators Debbie and Megan will share their understanding of social anxiety, drawing on both lived experience and practical insight.

Together, they’ll explore key questions such as:

  • Why do we care so much about what people think?
  • What is the difference between shyness, introversion, and social anxiety?
  • What are some common misunderstandings about social anxiety?
  • What can help when living with social anxiety?

The session will take place in a podcast-style discussion between facilitators on Zoom.

There is no expectation for you to speak and we will not ask you too — listening is participation. If you feel comfortable, you are welcome to contribute to the discussion or ask questions through the Zoom chat.

Our aim is to create a safe and relatable space where people can learn, feel understood, and be reassured that they are not alone.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
