WRITING FOR WELLNESS

Explore how creative writing in different formats can clear the negative mind and provide space for safe expression.

What is involved?

Writing for Wellness is a gentle 4-week course that explores how writing can support your mental wellbeing. Through simple writing activities, reflection, and creative prompts, participants will have the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, and connect with what matters to them.

No writing experience is needed—this course is about the process of writing rather than producing perfect work. It offers a supportive and relaxed space to explore ideas, share (if you wish), and discover how writing can be a helpful tool for wellbeing.

Please note that our courses are subject to a minimum number of sign-ups, if we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups unfortunately the group will be cancelled.
You will be emailed a Wellbeing Form which must be completed before you start the course.
Please let us know at the earliest available opportunity if you no longer wish to attend the group and we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.

Who is it for?

These sessions may be helpful for people who struggle to let go of negative emotions or would like to express themselves through writing.
